Alex Ministeri is CEO of OA LLC & President of OAS. Prior to starting OA, Mr. Ministeri played four years of collegiate baseball where he finished his collegiate career and received his Bachelor in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University. Mr. Ministeri was able to continue his playing career in the Frontier League with the Southern Illinois Miners. Upon conclusion with the Miners, Mr. Ministeri, a Massachusetts native, continued his educational journey by pursuing his J.D. In the spring of 2020, Mr. Ministeri received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Fowler School of Law, Chapman University.
Mr. Ministeri is the President of OAS and handles all the business affairs for OA LLC. The inception of this business and this business’s philosophy was built on the building block of experience not only that Mr. Ministeri experienced throughout his collegiate and professional career but also the multiple anecdotes experienced by my fellow teammates and friends. OAS strives to combine legal and business professionals that have playing experience in order to relate to clients at a deeper level and build meaningful relationships. Jay Schaff is the co-founder and COO of OA LLC and the President of Olympic Music Group (O.M.G.). Prior to starting OA, Mr. Schaff attended Brandeis University where he studied Politics and English and participated on the baseball team. Since graduating, Mr. Schaff moved on to obtain his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Fowler School of Law, Chapman University.
As President of OMG, Mr. Schaff utilizes his collaborative skills and hard work to further O.M.G.’s client’s careers in the music industry. Jack Crittenberger attended Charleston Southern University where he studied Communications and played on the Buccaneer baseball team. Mr. Crittenberger currently works as an Agent on the West Coast, based out of Los Angeles, California. Crittenberger brings an innovative representation style to the OA Sports team by providing relatability experiences and ingenuity to his clients. He has a passion for the mental side of baseball which helps players reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Mr. Crittenberger serves as the Head of West Coast recruiting as well as head of OAS Cognitive Services. Further, Mr. Crittenberger is an MLB Agent.
Sami Kazi is the Vice President of Olympic Music Group. Mr. Kazi, a California native, attended and received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Before joining Olympic Music Group, Mr. Kazi attended and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Fowler School of Law, Chapman University. Mr. Kazi brings a fresh perspective to client management and focuses on client monetization and career development.
Mr. Kazi serves as VP of OMG, as well as a manager for clients. Mr. Kazi provides specialized knowledge of Intellectual property (IP), Contract Rights, Copyright, Entity Formation and Trademark. Mr. Kazi has previous legal experience handling litigation & transactional matters, as well as, labor law.
Mr. Kyle J. Gallego, J.D. is an MLB Agent and a southern California native, with strong ties to the area. Mr. Gallego attended Chapman University where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications while also minoring in Sociology. Mr. Gallego went on to attend Chapman University Fowler School of Law where he achieved his Juris Doctor degree in May 2020 with an emphasis in Sports and Entertainment. Prior to OAS, Mr. Gallego has legal work experience in employment law.
ROLE AT OAS
Mr. Gallego serves as an agent for OAS and primarily concentrates on southern California amateur and professional recruiting. Mr. Gallego specializes in Legal Advocacy, Alternative Dispute Resolution (i.e. Arbitration), Contract Formation, and Negotiation.
Parker Barnell is the newest member of the OA Sports family (or team). Parker attended Fordham University where he studied Economics and played on the baseball team. Parker formerly worked as a Consultant on the East Coast, based out of New York City. He brings a background in Digital Business Development with a unique perspective as a former college player and several years of coaching experience in various levels of baseball. He has a passion for helping baseball players try to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Parker serves at the Head of East Coast recruiting as well as the Director of Business (or Corporate) Partnerships & Affiliates. Parker is scheduled to take the MLB Agent Certification written exam in October.
