Ministeri,Esq.

Mr. Alexander Ministeri,Esq. is the Founder & President of OA LLC (OAS).

After concluding his professional career in independent baseball, Mr. Ministeri founded OAS. As a boutique-style agency, OAS strives to provide value for our clients by maximizing their talents on-and-off the field.

A Merrimac, MA native, Mr. Ministeri graduated from Charleston Southern University (SC) where he competed on the Bucs baseball team. Upon concluding his time at CSU, Mr. Ministeri signed to play in the Frontier League with the Southern Illinois Miners.

Mr. Ministeri received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law located in Orange, CA, and is currently a practicing attorney in the State of California.

Through years of education, training, and industry experience, Mr. Ministeri is equipped with the skills and knowledge to understand the complicated nuisances of Labor Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Mr. Ministeri guides his clients throughout each step of the process, securing the maximum value for each individual.

Mr. Ministeri’s is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of California.

Outside of OAS, Mr. Ministeri enjoys being active outdoors, audio-books, and meditating. He is also a strong advocate for mental health and an active supporter of brain cancer treatment initiatives.

ROLE AT OAS

Mr. Ministeri is the President of OAS and overseas all business affairs for OA LLC. Mr. Ministeri brings a unique perspective to OAS, one that combines professional playing experience and legal expertise. His background helps form the building blocks of OAS’s philosophy, one grounded in experience, genuine connections, and commitment to clients. By leveraging his own playing experience in conjunction with his business, Mr. Ministeri is positioned to advocate for and relate to clients in a genuine, unique, and collaborative way.

Kyle Gallego

Gallego,Esq.

Mr. Kyle J. Gallego,Esq. is a Player Agent and a SoCal native with strong ties to the area. Mr. Gallego attended Chapman University where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications while also minoring in Sociology. Mr. Gallego went on to attend Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree in May 2020 with an emphasis in Sports and Entertainment. Prior to OAS, Mr. Gallego has years of legal work experience in employment law.

ROLE AT OAS

Mr. Gallego serves as a player agent for OAS and primarily concentrates on Southern California amateur and professional recruiting. Mr. Gallego specializes in Legal Advocacy, Alternative Dispute Resolution (i.e. Arbitration), Contract Formation, and Negotiation.

Mr. Parker Barnell attended Fordham University, studying Economics and playing on the Rams Baseball Team. Mr. Barnell formerly worked as a Marketing & Brand Development Consultant based out of New York City. Mr. Barnell utilizes his background in Digital Business Development to develop a unique perspective for OAS clients and strategic partners. Mr. Barnell has a passion for and commitment to helping baseball players reach their full potential both on-and-off the field.

Mr. Parker Barnell is the active Vice President of OAS and a Player Agent/Advisor. He also oversees OAS’s Corporate Partnerships & Affiliates.

Jorge

Medrano

Mr. Jorge Medrano is the OAS Director of Latin American Operations.

As a Los Angeles native, Mr. Medrano is well connected to the Southern California community and recruiting scene. By utilizing his Hispanic background and bi-lingual language capabilities, Mr. Medrano is well-equipped and proud to head the Latin American Division of OAS.

Mr. Medrano attended Bucknell University (PA) and played on the Bison Basketball Team. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish.

Mr. Medrano received his dual JD/MBA degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Mr. Jorge Medrano is the Director of Latin American Operations at OAS and a Player Agent/Advisor.
